Mar Gregorious Orthodox Christian Student Movement of India (MGOCSM) is celebrating 100 years of God-guided, fruitful existence and useful service to the society in 2008. Several programmes have been launched in preparation of the forthcoming Centenary Celebrations.

The CHAIROS (Centenary Home for Activities, Integration and Renewal of Orthodox Students) centre is an important focal point of our activities. We are building the Centenary Apartments and a Centenary Plaza as a commemorative event.

The Centenary apartment complex is right in the heart of Kottayam, 200m from Baker Junction, just opposite. C.M.S. College, Kottayam. With its locational advantage and quality construction, the apartments offer an ideal spot to make a home in Kottayam, for work, study, prayer or community living.

We have been fortunate to get the service of competent professionals in all stages of conceiving and executing the project.
